The coalition of organisations promoting Zero Waste at European level are the Global Alliance for Incineration Alternatives (GAIA), Friends of the Earth and the European Environmental Bureau.
At national and local levels there are many organisations, municipalities and companies promoting the Zero Waste strategy as a way to make Europe more sustainable.
